so i have seen barrel adapters that you can use on an a-5 to use 98 barrels I am looking for the opposite, an adapter to put on my Custom 98 act platinum so i can use A-5 barrels. I have yet to find any. you might be asking why? My first gun is an a-5 and i have a few really nice barrels for my a-5 and i just got a Custom 98 act platinum for a spare/wife gun/ or take a friend with me gun and figure i can save money by just buying an adapter. if anyone knows if this type of adapter exists and where to get one your help would be greatly appreciated. i already tried lapco and a million searches. Thanks! |

| thanks, is this right though because i heard somewhere that they have changed the tread types from the old tippmann 98's to a slightly larger coarse thread on the newer tippmann 98 customs with act... is that false information... if not will this fit my brand new 98 custom act platinum? |
