Does anyone have the LAPCO Apex? Is it any better than the BT Apex? Does
it break the paintballs?

The actual barrel itself (without the Apex tip) is most likely better than the BT barrel, assuming it's essentially a BigShot-type barrel with an altered tip.

As far as breakage goes... can't say. Shouldn't be any different than any other Apex barrel in that regard, as it's the actual Apex component that is more likely to cause breaks, than the barrel it's attached to.
