Anyone use them? I'm looking to get into trading a little bit and I figure that this will be the easiest way with my schedule and such. Anyone have pros and cons for using an online one versus an actual person or group? Also, does anyone have any that they would reccomend? I'm really new to all of this so any information you have to offer is useful. Thanks in advance.

Its actually not a bad time to buy. I mean a lot of stocks can pretty much only go up at this point.

Yeah. Pretty sure I don't want to be buying stocks when the economy is good and theres a lot of room for things to fall.

Don't put in what you can't afford to lose.

I strongly recommend that you look into spending your
money on Pyramid Schemes.

I've got a lot of money in mutual funds, myself. This is
a very good time to buy. Many things may still fall a
bit more, but if you're looking at a mid to long term
horizon you should make out pretty well if you pick
solid investments like resources and such. I would avoid
anything to abstract such as financials right now, as
they don't have the same fundamental underlying value
that concrete physical industry or resources do.

Yup, he actually said that.

I'm all about mutual funds. I've got my money in a few of them and I'm within three minutes (in an elevator) from the people handling them. Gotta think long term.
