So my thread about the girl got deleted. There was nothing inappropriate about it. Although God pulled that one, go figure. I got a strike, for something retarded as hell, I made it as appropriate as possible. And I had seen someone in the same week post the same thing except was more descriptive. And they got away with it. But I know thats because of who it was. So what next ? We can't call something stupid or we get a strike because it could hurt someones feelings ? I come here to post about/read new things, but at this rate I don't know if there will be anything to read. -------------

It isn,t your judgment that matters it is the Moderators. Go find you some attention elsewhere... Welcome to the Tippmann Forum, land of fun, sun, and DaveEllis. We have a few rules that we ask you to follow if you wish to stay here. Firstly, no foul language. Keep things to a Prime-time TV rating of language, and we wont have any problems. Excessive use of semi-bad language, or use of the famous "7 little words" including the F-word, the S-word, the C-word, or any racial or sexual slurs will result in a warning. Depending on how over the line you stepped, this could be your ONLY warning before your account is suspended, so play nice. Secondly, thou shalt treat other users with the respect that you would wish to be treated yourself. If you disagree with someones choice of gun, upgrade, religion, sexual orientation, or choice of lunch sandwich, feel free to debate. But flaming or rude remarks aimed at another user will be dealt with swiftly. You will be warned when you cross this line, if it continues you run the risk of having your account suspended. Third, any pornographic, violent, defaming, or otherwise tasteless images posted is grounds for very severe treatment. Do not expect a warning at all if you decide to post some naked cheerleader for everyone to "enjoy". Fourth, thou shalt not post nonsense. Your post count is a magical number, but you will soon learn (hopefully) that it is not a measure of respect given. If you decide to post off-topic or worthless threads or posts, you will be warned. Tempt fate again, and your account could be suspended. Fifth, you will not advertise. Advertising a commercial product is forbidden, as is "come check out my cool new forum" posts. Advertising for paintball games, new paintball store openings, meetings and the like are fine however. Sixth, selling or buying of guns, parts, accessories, upgrades or gear is strictly forbidden on this forum. The fact of the matter is, Tippmann does not wish to be involved in any possible action resulting from someone being ripped off or scamming. There are many other paintball websites and forums where you can sell or purchase gear, as well as ebay. Seventh, discussions of illegal activity, or activities that are extremely dangerous and can result in personal injury or death are prohibited and will be locked without warning. This includes discussions involving illegal drugs, dangerous paintball practices such as tank modification, or barrel silencers. |
