What is the size of the center hole that the rod goes in... is it .355 or am i reading this wrong?

Is the diameter of the rod the same size a B-Drill .2380 or so. or what is that referring to.

if there are any other missing dementions please tell me.

1st diagram shows 'A' as the diameter but offers no size measurement. I'd guess .320 finished appr.

2nd diagram .1875 or 3/16" is the ram rod size.

The bore of the ram housing will need to be reamed or
finished in a CNC machine to provide a decent finish.
A regular drill bit will leave far to rough a finish and
be hard on orings if it worked at all.

I'm curious where you found the diagrams. They are not
GTA or PB measurements.

Just an FYI, those two are the only missing measurements.

The rod can really be any size you want, but 3/16" is a good measurement to go with.

When I had mine made, I just told the machinist that the ram had to fit inside with an oring around it. He did the calculations for me and made his own number.

If a CNC can't be used for hole A, you can use a drill bit and then polish the inside. Some light steel wool works well, amongst other things. Mine was rough and I just polished on it for awhile and it came out fine.

Good luck with your project. Let us know if you have anymore questions.

Do you have a measurement of the hammer that hits the valve pin. And is it threaded on the piston rod. what type of seal is uses at the end?
Does anyone have the measurements of GTA or PB Ebolt Thanks in advance.
