Hi,

I'm just asking, I need some informations about materials beeing used in the A5 construction. I need informations about 3 specific pieces:

- Body receivers

- Powertube

- Rear bolt

As far as I know, the receivers are made from aluminium, but I'm not sure at 100%, I know the powertube is made from plastic but if someone knows the exact type of plastic I would need it, and the rear bolt, I just found out on Dark Horizon Bolts site that it was made out of steel, but is someone knowing the exact type of steel?

Thank you for your help.

Low-grade cast aluminum recievers. Generic plastic on the powertube.

And the bolt is some grade of stainless steel. Nobody outside of Tippmann Design could give you a specific SAE number.

without testing it, it is probably a 6061 or a 7000 series aluminum.  a little less than aircraft grade aluminum.  The plastic could be a UHMW type.
