News of John Travolta's son got me wondering how many people have fallen. In case you haven't heard, his son fell in the tub and hit his head while they were on vacation in the Bahamas. He died at the scene from a seizure. Also, if yes, you must post how many times and why. -------------

Really I never have, I have come close but have always been able to grab something. I don't worry about it much, because now I only have to step up to get into my show and when I get out I am like 2 inches from a no slip rug thing.

Yeah, I've slipped, sort of.
It was the first time in a place where the tub was about 3 inches taller, in the bottom, than the floor on the other side. That + slick tile - bathmat = me doing a semi-split fall out of the bathtub. |

Wet tile floor in a hotel bathroom almost got me once. I was half way out of the tub when my right foot slid on the floor. Never hit the ground though, I think I caught myself on the vanity.

I almost fell flat on my face after falling asleep in the shower but I woke up as I started to fall and caught myself.

Wow I slipped today in the shower, took the rod and curtains with me which hit the rack which knocked the contents off, a bottle of shampoo flew and hit down a bunch of face towels, toothbrush and stuff all off the counter or in the sink. landed on my side, shower still on spilling over because I apparently bent it too, laying there, naked, wet, feeling totally retarded, and my cat comes over, lets out the most cute meow ive ever heard and drinking a small pool of water that formed on the floor.... My dad always said i was so messy I could make a room explode in seconds, and today I proved him right ------------- its easy to be famous, just set yourself on fire |

I did a big research paper on Germany's move to ban the "church" of Scientology back when they started taking a serious look at legislation in the mid 90's. The question was whether the ban could in any way be construed as a return to insular policies reminiscent of the 1920's and 1930's. What I found out about Scientology from that paper was astounding. I wouldn't be surprised if his death was from something else and the story presented to the media about the slip and fall was a cover-up. A week and a half ago i fainted in the shower and smacked my head on the wall so hard i had a seizure. That's what i was told of course, as I don't remember ANYTHING. i woke up on the bathroom floor with 3 cops 2 firemen and 3 paramedics in my bathroom. So this story is pretty scary to me..

Probably. I was obviously completely naked. I don't even remember them showing up, that's how long I was out of it for. Apparently when asked how old i was I said "33" and when asked where I was i had absolutely no idea. -------------

Yeah. I was getting out of the tub when I was a kid and lost my footing. I hit my side on the tub and thought I almost cracked a rib or two. That hurt like hell.

When I had my seizure I had only rolled once in my life, a good 2 months before. If anything it had something to do with the heavy drinking I did the night before. But yeah, my rolling days are over, that crap is so terrible for your brain. -------------
