I've got an inflamed taste bud. I always get these things, and right on the tip of my tongue, where it rests against my teeth. THEY HURT AND THEY ANNOY ME. I wish it any death that would be agonizing for a taste bud. :(

So I eat what I call a Canadian granola bar. It's a raw brick of ramen noodles and you sprinkle just a little bit of the flavoring on top and eat it as is. If you get too much flavoring on it, it will blow out a tastebud or two. But they're so worth it.

anyways back on topic... if its when the taste buds get sore, swell a little and sometimes turn white... i pull those off with tweezers....
