Well, I have been playing paintball since I graduated HS in '03; And just as I was starting to get rid of alot of my gear, I spotted this gem on Model98.org and thought, what the heck. I know what everyone is thinking----"it's just an ion man, chill out" but i've had some experience with the platform and I really like it....almost as much as my 98, which i'll probably NEVER get rid of. so without further ado, the pictures:

Specs:
Carbon Fiber Body
Epiphany grip frame
.689 freak back
SP Progressive front(i think, correct me if i'm wrong)
CCM low rise feedneck
Shocktech drop/ASA
AKA sidewinder regulator
contract killer grips
New Designz blade trigger
NDZ ball detents
QEV

I'm thinking about a new board/laser eyes and a L7 bolt are in the works too, but i'm gonna stick with the stock board/eyes for a few games. I also got a blue CP 2-piece barrel in the deal, but it doesn't match the paint scheme near as well as the freak/SP combo, so I'm debating on re-painting the grip frame to better match both sets. Any opinions or suggestions welcome!

Thats probably one of the only ions I'd shoot, I just love the body.

the back of the body has a red and black CRAS logo...after a little research i found this:

Cougar River Air Sports is the company that made them. Unfortunately, they are discontinued
