Ouch man, sorry to hear that. I had a scare this past Friday night when I thought I might have torn something in my knee, but luckily it's healing very quickly. Get well quick. -------------

Oh yeah, another thing: take the rehab seriously. One of my friends, who really didn't take rehab all that seriously, still has problems to this day with his knee. Another guy I played football with, deeply motivated to get back to 100% to play for his scholarships, was back the next season and playing at full speed, and I don't ever hear him complaining about his knee.

i just got up on my cruches and went to the bathroom 10ft away had to sit on the can for 20 min because i was so hot before i got up and urineated

That would suck. I can't fall asleep while being on my back, but I often wake up on it. I'm sure you'll just get so tired to the point where you'll basically pass out and being on your back won't bother you. Nice pajama pants by the way. |
