Being wet and cold doesn't sound very fun to me. Maybe a corn field though...

This reminded m of the coolest paintball firefight I was ever involved in.  It was a slough that had flooded and mostly dried.  The grass/weeds had grown up to more than 6 feet tall and the ground was still slightly soggy.  The engagements ended up being at closer than average range due to the visibility and the paintballs left visible trails as they whipped through the plant life.  (Complete with vegetation shredding noises as they went past you.)  Once I was eliminated, I watched from the bank above and you could really see the trails of all the shots as they ripped through the grass.  It was most cool.

P.S. I agree that soggy is not fun.  (I don't mind getting wet to cross a stream or something but I was too miserable too many times in the field to enjoy playing in constant wetness.)
