Has anyone else seen this? I can't link it since I don't want another strike, but search Christian Bale flips out. Basically, a light guy walks through the scene as they are filming, and batman loses it and flips out for a few minutes, pretty entertaining. -------------

| Meh, while he did take it a bit far, the guy got what he deserved. It's a huge amateur move to be adjusting lights on set while filming. Especially if it's a difficult and/or emotional scene. |

It's old, but Bale is a typical hollywood dbag. In the really real world, it doesn't matter how big you are, you would be history and or your employer would be in court for such behavior. The magic land of make believe is serious business I guess...

The voice? he sounded like he had throat cancer.
And if you are gunna try to do that voice, for an edgier view of Batman, NO LISP!
Batman doesnt have a lisp.
Heath did a phenominal job as the joker, I couldnt believe it was him.
But seriously, how can you go from the joker and his quirky little self, to "I'm not wearing hockey pads!"
I mean really?

Uh...the voice was a stylistic choice, not made by Bale himself. As I'm sure you're aware, he did his voice for batman, and for b. wayne, and they're massively different for a reason. Things like that would be done in the audio editing room, not by bale, so it would have sounded like that no matter who played him. That's nothing to do with who played him, so you can't nitpick him on that. Also, lisp? What are you talking about? And! The Dark Knight version of the Joker is what the joker was supposed to be. He wasn't supposed to be a goofy guy. Just like the riddler. Jim Carey's version was a far stretch from a psychotic criminal with OCD who MUST leave a clue behind. |

Thats why AICN didn't report on it. This wasn't a big deal and shouldn't have been, someone just wanted to air a celebs dirty laundry because its the thing to do. |

I know this thread kinda died but I have to add my two cents. Bale was ok as Bruce Wayne, but killed batman. His little "batman voice" was so stupid, I couldn't take it seriously, ugh. But Ledger made of with his awsome acting  ------------- Sig is WAY too big. |
