My suitemate has a few thousand watt stereo system, he is playing it so loud that things on my desk are shaking and I can't have a normal conversation. I'm contemplating evacuating my electronics and creating an EMP generator. Hmm....  |

Tried...many times. The passive phase is over. Carl, it would be nice if it was as simple as the xkcd comic makes it seem, but it is nearly impossible to cancel noise like that, especially in a small room. |

Nah...I need it to blow while he is using it, so there are no suspects. We have unlockable doors to each others rooms so there should be no reason to believe I did it. |

Problem solved for the time being. I played Thunderstruck on my pipes for about 10 minutes...he and everyone in his room left.
