!! I have no clue why this was post-worthy, but it thrilled me. My PS3 was pulled out of my truck onto a concrete sidewalk by my parents' great dane, and I honestly thought it was MUBAR'd (fixed for forum rules :P)

Basically it loaded to the login screen and just froze there. So it's sat in my closet for six months...then my friend brough his PS3 over and decided we'd try and get mine working. So after about three hours of messing with it, we decided to swap hard drives and use his ps3 to format my hard drive. Now it works just fine...there's something really cool about fixing something you thought was gone forever, especially something as expensive as that to replace.

I had my 360 on the floor at my friends house he had a bunk bed and his little bro. jumped on my 360 from the top bunk and nothing happened. There was a little scratch on the disk but it all still worked the 360 just kept on playing like nothing happened. Other than the scratch on the disk there's no scratches, marks or anything. People give the 360 a bad rep. for the RROD but otherwise it's a pretty strong console.

My friend fell out of his bunkbed as a kid and broke his collarbone on his sega. The thing didn't even move.

When I was a Kid I chucked an Atari 2600 at a rampaging bear and killed it. They don't make consoles like they used to.

When I bought my first flat screen I plugged my ps2 and my xbox into it, left the ps2 on video 2, and forgot about it. A friend of mine bought it, and it was on when I went to unplug it. He's still using it, lol.
