A while ago I got a lot of gun oil for my 98 and a-5. but i ran out and forget what and where i got it. Is any type of oil such as 3-in-1 oil okay to use?

I also use the marker oil they sell at Actionvillage on other PB sites. I have even found it at MC sports. I am not sure if 3-1 will work or not. I have been told not to use WD-40 or other aerosol oils as they can damage the o-rings.

DON'T use 3 in 1 oil.  It is very bad on the seals in the gun.  Use paintball oil.  Don't need much, just a few drops on the orings.  If you have an RT, don't fire oil through the gun.  This will gum up the RT valve
