During a prisoner transfer in the later part of 1999, known only as Operation Millennium Express, hardened convicts and killers were being transferred in secrecy to a supposedly inescapable labor camp in the Florida Everglades, surrounded by alligators and snake infested swamps.
     In a freak accident, the train has derailed at an undisclosed area of Central Florida, and many of the prisoners have escaped. Local police, U. S. Marshals and the National Guard have been called in to round up these dangerous criminals.
     But this was no accident, this was a daring escape planned by several of the prisoners and their gangs on the “outside”. A secret arms cache has been left in a prearranged location near the spot where the train was to be disabled.
     The convicts, now armed and dangerous, are spreading out. Lead by a retired Army Captain convicted of illegal arms sales to various terrorist organizations.
     Law enforcement teams are now faced with the daunting task of locating and capturing the escapees from Con-Rail, and all the while attempting to maintain media secrecy.
