I would need to read the wording of the legislation before jumping on the train against it. If it is some sort of immediate ban, that would seem silly. It is probably a limitation on the amount of black cars a dealer can sell with an open-end so the number can be dropped over time, or an added burden tax when buying a black car. I, for one, would never buy a black car living down here, or a car with a black interior. It makes the inside sizzling after only a few hours. |
