This is my second tippmann A-5marker and i have troble with this one too.
It is a standard Tippmann A-5 With a brand new W.A.S. board e-grip.
Now we have been playing in cold wether (0-5Celcius- just above freesing point). We all use the same paint and the other guys playing with Alpha blacks (with and without e-grip) and X-7 e-grip, shot longer than i and do not brake paint.
When i fire, 1-10shots are ok, then one brakes and every ball after brakes. I clean the barel with the sqeegee, shot 1-10shots and i have a paintball flame thrower once over.

What i have tried:
Oil in ASA, Stripp and clean, Stripp and Oil all O-rings, PPS = 13, Debounse =25, Dwel=8, Checked barrel for damage, Loverd velocity to min (scru all the way in), and maxed velocity....

Theory:
I dont have a theory... Drive spring on this gun too?

Cold weather and paintball don't always mix well. Are you using CO2 or HPA? If CO2, this could be your problem. if you are firing rapidly with CO2 in cold weather, you may not be giving it time to expand, thus losing pressure and misfiring/chopping balls. It could also just be the cold weather making the paint brittle. Once you break paint, you need to stop and clean the barrel before proceeding.

I use HPA, it is what everybody uses in Norway.
I know the cold wether might be the cause, but the other markers worked flauless...

Theory: It's too cold

Solution: Relocate to any tropical country (the philippines is beautiful this time of year)

like i never think about that when i shufle snow 8hours a day in the winter.....

But now sommer comes, it is about 5-8celsius outside and the women are already wearing minis..... i love norway!!!
