I would use a 12 oz Pure Energy type, it is after all a 98 Custom in a power drill body 
*edit - 9 oz isn't large enough, 16 or 20 oz tanks are too large.
The foregrip has a built in quasi expansion chamber, so that should extend your CO2.
HPA worked well with mine also.
