| I got a 4 year old A-5 from a friend of mine. I completely stripped it down, and cleaned it. When I got it all put back together, i couldn't cock it. I took it back apart, and reassembled it two more times, but still couldn't get the hammer to come back. Any suggestions?? |

Take it apart again and make sure all the parts are in correctly.

Sounds like you forgot something. I'm thinking the linkage arm, guide pin. One of those 2 is missing or put in wrong.

| Make sure you aren't gorilla ing the receiver screws. They only need to be finger tight. |

By chance did you accidentally flip the front bolt? The end the bolt link goes in should be facing back, and the oring on
the bolt facing forward (to the barrel).
