I'm trying to install a ump shroud on my X7 however even with the holes for he push pins properly aligned my top push pin stops about 3/4 of the way through and wont budge! It is now sticking out the side and it I cannot push it in enough to properly lock the shroud in place. The bottom push pin went through after some force but the top  one is completely non-responsive.  I'm begining to wonder if the pin is damaged, Any ideas?

Sometimes the little spring in the push pins stick out too far. Take a knife or something and bend it down farther and try again.

also possible the holes on the shroud arn't bored out enough. Try taking one of the pushpins from the back of the gun and seeing if that fits any better. If they do, the problem is the pins; if they don't, its the shroud.
