If you are having problems with your TPX chopping and you are using quality paint and the breaks appear to be in the Breach area. Try this fix Originaly posted in one of the OG's by Moose21

Load a CO2 cartridge.
Loosen off the regulator until it starts to leak out the back.
Tighten till it stops.
Listen carefully it may still be leaking quietly.
Tighen some more.
Dry fire it. If it starts leaking again tighten some more.
Once its done leaking completely, set FPS and you're good to go.
Enjoy your marker not chopping.

Worked for me like a dream. Props to Maverick from the Tippmann team at D Day.

3/16th allen wrench, in the back.

Normally Tippmann doesn't place the velocity screw inside the marker.
It really buggers up the Chrono line. LOL

Also try loading 7 balls in the mag people may think this is a pain in the but, but it actully works out well 3 mags of 7 balls each and your co2 is done.

I switched over to all stars and the breakage problem is a thing of the past, the only other time I get breaks now is if the gun or mag picks up a lot of heat during midday games, the balls become soft and feeding goes for a ball.

Hello EE. One question, if you are so kind. You talk about opening and closing the regulator and later of setting FPS. I get the impression that you are talking about two different things, yet the only way to set FPS that I have ever heard of is with the regulator.

My question is, what good is doing all that with the regulator if later we'll move it to set FPS?

This solved my problem! A quick Google search...
I was considering getting rid of my TiPX because I couldn't get a single shot out but now that I've reset the regulator it finally works.
