So, fellow college students, how much do you have a week?

I'm currently being killed by it, more so than every before.  For MA441 (Advanced Engineering Math), I've got around 8-10 hours a week.  On top of that is a 4-6 page physics lab report every week.  The average in there last semester was in the 50s so I can't BS anything.  Add in my other 5 classes and I've got around 20 hours of homework a week.  Factor in that I'm in class from around 10am-7pm every day, and that shows that I have absolutely no free time at all.  Big smile  Fortunately, I'm told it will all get better from this point on.

I have one quiz, 10 case studies, and a couple of short lab reports... most of which we get done in the lab itself... per week.

pretty easy and stress free at this point.  Sure, the case studies take a while, but they're pretty easy.

the hard part is when we have to start presenting the case studies to the class.

I've got it relatively easy so far as well. Around 1-2 hours a night for german just four nights a week, and an hour or so for all of my other classes. < id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall;" id="jsProxy" ="">

Well, yesterday I had to read a 225 page book, then 9 chapters combined from 2 other books, for one class.  Tonight I am reading 15 chapters from 3 books, writing an outline for a 6 page essay due Friday, preparing a PT plan for tomorrow morning, reviewing the warmup and cooldown exercises/stretches, and drinking some beer.

Depends on what I'm doing at the time. Conventional homework is pretty rare for me, but I do big projects pretty frequently which involve being up till 6am and sleeping on someones floor or on campus multiple days.

School's barely started for me, but once I get into it, I'll have probably around 12 hours of homework a week, maybe a little more.  Taking a history class this semester, History of War, which is more like review than learning for me.  Not sure yet how much aero homework I'll be getting, but I have three sets of calc homework a week, physics homework once a week, physics lab every 2-3 weeks, and mechanics homework every week.

Depends on how you define homework.

For stuff I need to turn it, I have about 2 hours of Physics problems per week, online.  3 hours of Circuit Analysis homework a week.  1 - 2 hours of Digital Design homework a week.

However, theres also the homework and studying I don't turn it.  That came out to 10 hours of catching up on reading for my Circuits class yesterday, as well as likely another 8 hours of calc tonight, if I'm lucky.  I need to take another hour or two to read for Digital Design tonight and probably a few hours of reading for Physics soon.

I don't know why I keep assuming things will be better the next semester.

i got classes from 8-5, then im at school till atleast 8:30 everynight, weekend im at the school from 12-8, so thats a grand total of about.. 33.5 hours of studying/labs/assignments, and 40 hours of classes.

I am about 2 weeks from burning out, but im currently the top 5% in all my classes, and I dont want to drop during finals.

I am 3rd year electrical engineering.

That's pretty impressive.

Update, turns out I've been neglecting a few things. I'm now doing close to six hours of homework/studying/reading a night.
