Got my first one. Have to say it's an addictive process, I started out small but I think I want a few more. Pardon the farmer's tan...at the lake the week before with a t-shirt on.

See, that's what I've never understood about a lot of tattoos, why get something that can be replicated on some other slob. If you're going to art up your body, make it a one-of-a-kind.
My family's cross from Iona. If you don't have a rubbing of it, chances are you can't replicate it. I eventually plan to have my family history running from shoulder to shoulder. Got two myself one on each bicep (got the second last friday). Both are custom designs that have meaning to me. I've spent a few summers as a pup on Mull across the the water from Iona Abbey. Nice place. Never had a clue it was such a significant place until about a year ago. Wish I'd paid more attention I've been hankering for a tattoo for a while I just haven't came across anything I want to be branded with. Was trying to find a Pictish tribal I saw a while back but I'm having no luck and the ones I found are pretty gash. |

I've been thinkning of getting a goggle out line and a nice winter scene view. Sorta like looking through the eyes of a boarder lol. But alas I want to do a run thats almost gonna take my life for me to want to put the mountain on me.
I've been wanting to get a snowboard style one for some time but havent had many good ideas on how to go about it. Heck the best one i've seen so far is a dude going up on a chair lift all alone.

I've posted my tattoos up here in previous threads so I shall spare you all the sight of my pale-as-the-mid-day-sun skin.
A guy I know,was ever asked how many tattoos he had, he would tell people he had 1 tattoo - his arms, legs, back, chest, neck and hands were completely covered by huge, interconnected tattoos, so he just counted them all as 1. Some people didn't catch on... Come to think of it he had W-H-A-M and P-O-W-! tattooed on his knuckles. -------------

I want to get that either on my shoulder blade or my side.
If I can find somebody who can/will do it, I want the blue particles done in glow in the dark ink, just cuz that'd be cool, imo.

I've seen a few of the glow in the dark inked tattoos. I'm not sure if this is the case for all of them, but the 3 I have seen were all done using a white-ish ink. They were literally invisible until you shut the lights off. -------------

Yep. That's how they work. A guy that Shorty and I know has a bunch of Nightmare before Christmas tattoos that are done in black with the glow-in-the-dark ink done for the white areas. ------------- <Removed overly wide sig. Tsk, you know better.> |

Cool. Maybe I have an idea for a cool tattoo then. I was going to get a quote on my back and a picture on my arm but maybe I wil just change it to getting the picture on my arm and the song quote written on top of it in invisible ink. ------------- <just say no to unnecessarily sexualized sigs> |

i know exactly what i want and where I want it. I just have to get the money to get it done now. i want some version of the two tailed lion from the czech coat of arms with RODINA written by it somewhere... that means family in czech.  |
