Eh, I dunno. They've been chasing the CoD franchise ever since the first CoD came out years ago. Back when I played in a PC clan, we'd get our hopes up with MoH releases, play them for a day or two, and then go back to CoD because it was ultimately better. That's not to say that this particular incarnation won't be good, but I doubt they've come up with anything that Infinity Ward hasn't already done.

I haven't had a good experience with MoH since before MoH Allied Assault "Spearhead" came out as an expansion way back in the day. The SP was alright, but not great, and the MP sucked balls. MoH Pacific was just a crap-fest of perfect-storm proportions.

I'm pretty hopeful that the MoH guys will have noticed everything CoD did wrong and will fix it and improve on it.

I've got my hopes HIGH for BF:BC2, though.

When it comes to EA and war games, I'll stick with Battlefield.

Looks good.

Modern warfare plays like a season of 24 or a die hard movie. Its a fun game but really has little to do with any actual modern warfare. I also vow to punch through my computer screen the next person to say that modern warfare  is the most realistic video game series ever made.

Though this game definitely looks action-movie esque, it looks more like a war game than the modern warfare series ever was. I'm a little disappointed that they switched to one campaign rather than one (as described by wikipedia)

I will buy this game.

I haven't played MoH since Frontline.  It was fun, but I must say the rifle melee was pretty lame.

It looks like it has potential which means I will wait till a friend buys it and try it then.

Freg man, I hate that crap more than anything.

Also, MAG pretty much looks like BF2... would I be right in saying that?

yeah, it pretty much is, and the graphics aren't that great either. i was pretty impressed with the number of players on each team though, and the way the leadership works with squad leader, platoon leader and company commander though.

i only saw the "enemy" weapons but from what i can tell there are a few good machine guns. the M14 is pretty good too, but past that its about the same as any other game
