That principal has no business being a school administrator if his decision-making skills are really as poor as this article claims. If it takes a lawsuit to get rid of him, I am all for it. That is just if the article was telling the truth, which I kind of have my doubts about because of how obviously subjective it was.

Schools can't even have a kid draw a picture of a gun, without some for of faculty reprecussions, based on the zero tolerance stance. And try riding a bicycle without a helmet and have a trooper drive by, for decades we managed not to kill our selves without helmets, now 'Nanny' requires one. -------------

As you can see, while your article may contain quotes and commentary and other various things, you will plainly be able to see that my above link contains the facts. No you are the one incapable of grasping logic as you clearly fail to understand how ice cream (and any association with it) is inherently evil and lemonade is inherently good. Consider this; lemons have been around in their natural form for centuries while ice cream wouldn't even exist without modern refrigeration methods. Actually, it's not a "death" panel. This is a common misconception spread by left-wing wackos (such as oldpbnoob) posing as right-wing wackos in an effort to make the right look bad through wacky attacks on the left. (It also allows them (the left) to play the victim card.) A death panel would have required at least one medical practitioner which means concerns for the patient's welfare might have come into consideration. (Plus doctors are expensive.) It is in actuality a "Darth" panel which consists of a bunch of asthmatic winos in Darth Vader costumes. (All they care about is their next drink and, since they work for T-Bird or Mad Dog 20/20, they are a lot cheaper to employ.) -------------
