By speed do you mean velocity or balls per second?

To get more BPS, you can do Tippmann's Response Trigger or the E-Grip. To get more velocity, well you shouldn't need to do that. Paintball guns are velocity regulated at fields.

As for range, the only way you can do that is by getting a Flatline or an Apex. Barrel length has no effect on range.

For accuracy, never ever use the flatline. It's way too complicated to get it right, and even then you're moving around a lot so it'll eventually get knocked around.
Use the Apex, it's a lot easier to use and you don't need an effin tool kit to fix it if it gets jarred around.
For range, once again, use the Apex. DeTrevni is right, the longer the barrel has no effect on range. It's just for metal to drag down the paintball, imo.

You can settle for a J&J Ceramic or a Tribal Stix. For better range AND accuracy, if you have the money, you could even try a rifled barrel.
