Unless you are shoting high bps then the stock cyclone should keep up. But my experience replacing the bolt with anything that is aftermarket is a mistake. The stock bolt performed better and smother than any that I have tried.

Stock Tippmann internals do not need to be replaced unless they are damaged. Aftermarket bolts, powertubes etc are unneccesary. I have heard good things about the Zero Kick bolt though. As for Cyclone mods, I would stick with T-Tech or JCS.

As you can see from my sig I have replaced every single operating part on my A5. However, there has been no appreciable upgrade in performance withe the exception of the cyclone. As a matter of fact I am experiencing difficulty getting over 260fps as we speak! Very inconsistent (297fps last week) Stock internals may be your best bet until they break, even then replace with stock. It's not that difficult of a gun to tear down and rebuild once you are familiar with it.

Two things:
- Most aftermarket upgrades for Tippmanns, with the exception of Cyclone parts, have a much greater effect on the purchaser's finances than they do on the marker's performance.
- It is considered bad form to bump threads that have been idle as long as this one.
