Sorry your silencer pics had to go. Posting illegal content is not prohibited on this forum. - God

Alright it is not finished. I wont have my barrel for the Silencer or my remote line adapter until Friday. I have yet to shoot this also. But it loads the mag fine and I do not see why it would not shoot.

If anyone is interested in the cost. The QLoader and all the parts came out to be 165.57 which also includes the shipping.

In order to get it this cheap I ordered the BT Series Mod which included the Kit + Q-200 (125.95). It saves you $66.30 (Actually more since it includes parts you do not need). I then ordered an additional Hose Adapter Sleeve ($14.25) for the 90 degree on the mag and some 2 things of extra feed hose ($4.96).

In order to do the mag I used a dremel with a grinding bit to make a round hole to put in the corner piece. It was able in the end to stay without falling out. No glue or anything. I just put the screws in. I also used the pieces to make the ball holder work. I wanted this so it can be removed easily if I wanted to go back to just mags. To make the balls go strait instead of staggered I used Foam double sided tape and stacked it until it was full. I then cut it so there was enough room for the balls.

Kinda defeats the purpose of the pistol?

Now its just as cumbersome as a normal two handed marker but lacking the accuracy.

Whatever you like I guess.

I played last year with a fellow that used a tpx for his main gun..way lighter than my setup. And accuracy? Sure because paintball is so accurate.  Maybe he needs a sniper barrel.

@ctchofday
As JohnnyCanuck said the TPX is alot lighter than any other tippmann Marker. As for accuracy it is just as accurate if not more than my 98 Custom.

Here is the magazine disassembled.

I could get a 18" Recon Barrel if I wanted and still use the silencer. The barrel coming tomorrow is 6".

I shot a full pod today and it used 4 CO2 carts. But tomorrow I will have my Remote Line Adapter so no more CO2 carts.

Silencer Pic not allowed, sorry. - God

I suppose the sound is absorbed by the foam. The ball does not touch it as the diameter it bigger than the ball. I will know tomorrow or Saturday if it really does make it quieter.

I am talking about it being a pistol that you cant steady like you could a "rifle" set up. I know that held down they have the same accuracy. Ive been playing for a while, i understand paintball physics.

But mainly i was getting at the fact its really no longer a pistol, but now one you have to hold like rifle with no stock which is not very accurate Guess i'd have to try it out.

I was kind of curious how RAP4 was selling Silencers and making it seem like you were buying one. But in the end here is what the results were in different combination.

1. Fully Intact including foam.
This does not silence at all. The foam just acts as a guide which I find cheap when they could have just used metal. I guess just cheaper on their part and a way to make a ton more money.

2. Fully Intact without foam.
This is a hit or miss. If you fire it might make it to the other end but I found very often it would collide with the edge of the front tip and spray paint everywhere. Every 10 or so shots I would spray.

3. Removed front tip and foam.
This is pretty cool. When you fire it will make your ears ring because it is so loud. It sound like a firecracker going off in front of you.

In the end it looks cool but is just a mock silencer or if you want a loudener.

there is no such thing as a paintball silencer, and it would be illegal to own or make one without some kind of permit

To Moderator,

It is not illegal to post pics of a mock silencer.  Nor is it illegal to own or make one.  If so, there have been many other threads that have violated this same rule.  The key is "mock", as long as it is not functional in the least, it should only be considered aesthetic and should thus be allowed.  This user has identified that this silencer is purely a mock silencer and does not function, except as a loudener.

Having said that, silencers in paintball are a waste of time, in order for them you work, you will take a bad hit to accuracy, and have a rather high chance at barrel breaks, even after much effort.  Just get a low pressure Ion if you really don't want to be heard.

This . . .

. . . and the fact that it was not identified/labeled as a "mock" silencer until after removal.

I understand why he removed it. I just had no way at the time of testing it to see if it was going to do anything.

Hopefully this one isnt going to be removed. It is everything put together.

After shooting 2 pods I found a down side to this system. If your Pod runs out of ammo where it does not feed anymore you will end up with a chop since it does not have the ability to feed another paintball so you end up with a half of a paintball or more feed.

A solution I found was if you remove the pod before running out you will not have this problem. I will need to find out how to feed the paintballs without firing to see how to fix this. I have been planing on getting Reballs so I could use those so I do not get a break on the last ball and see what it looks like in the barrel.

It is lighter and easier to aim. It would be used as a primary in this setup. If I want a sidearm I would just take it off and use clips.

My holster holds 3 clips and then 1 in the TPX. That is 32 rounds and 2 CO2 carts vs 200 rounds and a remote line.

I got some Reballs and fired until the QPod was empty. Here is the cause of the break on the last round in the QPod if I used paintballs.

It is just so close from being completely loaded. I do not know a solution as of now. If I shorten the hose to the QLoader then I risk a chop when taking it off when it still has paintballs in it.

I would think that shortening the hose would be the solution.  You want the length to be such that once the last round fires the next one (represented by the reball in the pic) is just under the travel path of the bolt.

Basically, cut little lengths off of the hose while putting everything back together between cuts and checking the positioning of the last ball.  (When it's cut to the right length, you shouldn't have a ball in position to chop at either end.
