I'm the least flexible person ever. In middle school/9th grade, I routinely had trouble even reaching the numbers on the sit-n-reach on the pt tests. I have tried and failed before, but I tried again. I failed again as well. I've only ever seen two people who could lick their elbows. PCF is one, and a girl I went to high school with is the other. The girl was really only able to do it because of her insanely long tongue, though. -------------
