I recently got a new Egrip and I know the Egrip is working cause i can hear it making the clicking noises as if it were firing but when i cock the bolt back, it won't fire.  My CO2 tanks are full so i know that's not the problem.  Any help would be appreciated!

Several questions:
  • By "won't fire" do you mean the bolt is not released at all or that the bolt goes forward but no CO2 is expelled?
  • Have you tried the tanks on a different marker?
  • How long ago were the tanks filled?

The bolt isn't released at all.  I filled my tanks about a month ago and they do work on other guns.  Ask any other questions you may have as I want to get my marker working again.

Try a different battery.  A battery can still have enough charge to make the marker sound like it is working but actually be providing insufficient force for the pin to trip the sear.

(Oddly enough, I've had very bad luck with Duracells in paintball equipment--even brand new ones; I run Energizers exclusively now.)

It was the battery.  I didn't think it would be the battery but I was definitely wrong.  Thanks Mack!  Much appreciated!  Smile
