u just have a regular marker that would be used as the cannon rite? cause paintball tanks were outlawed and sent to the military a few years ago because a tank killed a kid that was playing woodsball. but i love the idea if your just using a fully auto marker as ur main gun.

Please dont use this thread to bash eachother. No the full autos are secondary armament we have a grenade launcher  EGL47 for our main armament. Its a indirect fire weapon unless you are targeting other tanks. This is not a homade toy its made by a paintball company. It's 100% safe unless your shooting wooden nerf rounds I cant see it hurting anyone. We have used it in 10 or so games already and there were no problems at all. Any product, espesialy with an aggresive game like paintball is only as safe as the person using it. Any paintball marker can be dangerouse.

That's kind of what we do here.  It's "our thing;" so to speak.

If someone was severly wounded by a tank, then the tank was not obeying the rules. You only fire paintballs at players. And obviously the tank was not chronoed.

After re-reading this thread I realized that I have an unanswered question; what the heck would the military want with a bunch of used paintball tanks?

He never said that the U.S. military bought them. Maybe Canada is trying to make their move?

most paintball tanks i'v seen are wood and they don't spend too much time in the weather so why would the army buy them it don't make scene to buy them for target practice what they going to shoot them with 10 rounds of something and the tanks are Swiss cheese.

Please don't bump nearly two year old threads answering questions that no one is still waiting on an answer for.
