I've always been a proponent for eye-for-an-eye punishments when it comes to intended violent crimes.


Honestly, if I was paralyzed for life from someone fighting me, I'd be pissed if they were able to literally walk out of jail a few months later.





What I DON'T like is that his original punishment, no matter how lite, HAS been served, and they're going back to re-punish.
