Three van loads of Hughes High students were taken last week - during school hours - to vote and given sample ballots only for Democratic candidates and then taken for ice cream, a Monday lawsuit alleges.

Agreed. Like the article says, if the kids were given a fair sample ballot or none at all, it's completely fine.
The issue isn't with the driving to vote, it's the sample ballot.

Embarrassment?
Also, I don't really see what his second post has to do with the original topic. It kind of comes across as shameless self-bumping (in a disguised manner) to me.

I don't see what the problem is here. If the Republican had simply offered some free ice cream, there would have been no issue.

Then use the strongest squid for breeding assemble an army of bad ass squid and take control of the country. No vote required and democracy can suck my tentacles. Or my tentacles can suck democracy I'm not really sure how it would work.
I find the irony of selling my vote in order to seize power appealing.

They don't really vote as such. I was planning on more of a squid related death and destruction campaign until someone gives me a crown. But if they had to then they'd probably not bother with either of them and hit up the Green party or something. They probably have more squid related campaign pledges.

This isn't the first time this has happened, Cincy is known for massive voter fraud, and bribery, that always seems to benefit the liberal politicians... weird.
And we all know how the current administration feels about laws...

Do you think the DOJ will do anything about this clear violation?...

Now this, constitutes a valid update. It contains more information on the original topic and advances the discussion. Well done. (/positive reinforcement.)
This isn't the first time this has happened, Cincy is known for massive voter fraud, and bribery, that always seems to benefit the liberal politicians... weird.
This is merely unsupported opinion, but it is related to the original topic.
And we all know how the current administration feels about laws...
http://dailycaller.com/2010/10/14/first-lady-may-have-violated-illinois-election-laws/ - http://dailycaller.com/2010/10/14/first-lady-may-have-violated-illinois-election-laws/
If this had been posted by itself, I would probably have reported the poster for self-bumping/spamming. However, while not directly related, it does go well with the topic at hand. Additionally, this is inexcusable behavior on the behalf of the First Lady. Even if accidental, it should be remembered that ignorance of the law is no excuse for normal people. Furthermore, if nothing is done it will give the impression that certain government-related people are above the law.
Do you think the DOJ will do anything about this clear violation?...
No, I don't. The DOJ is clearly operating under a purely political mandate at this time in support of the current administration. I consider this proven both by some of the more reputable sources previously posted and by research I have done on my own. (While the DOJ has always had some tendency towards this behavior, the current level of activity is far beyond anything I can find previous reference too.)
Naa, rhymes with "Baa".
Clever but annoying and adds nothing to the conversation. Example below:
Reaper rhymes with "creeper."

Bad SSOK! No spamming Feaper posts! (Let him do it himself and report him instead.)
In regards to the above post, the MJ costume will probably be easy to find but where will you get the monkey and underage children to go with it? (They really sell the character you know.)
. . . And, on the topic of spamming, I present (re-present?) the following quote from earlier in the thread:
The Reaper wrote:

This, is the definition of spamming. It adds nothing to the current topic other than taking it back to the top of the forum in an annoyingly self-aggrandizing manner. (Worthless self-bumping, spamming and bragging all efficiently rolled into one post.) If someone wants to whine about/report Feaper posts, this would definitely be, IMHO, the type of post to do so about.

New information. The CPS has denied any violations of law...
http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20101019/NEWS0108/10200338/CPS-denies-it-violated-law-in-busing-students-to-vote - http://news.cincinnati.com/article/20101019/NEWS0108/10200338/CPS-denies-it-violated-law-in-busing-students-to-vote
This is now one of the top news stories on Fox US news!
http://www.foxnews.com/us/index.html - http://www.foxnews.com/us/index.html
Best part of the denial is that the name of the person came out. And I know who she is...
"Mark Stepaniak, an attorney representing CPS, admits students were taken on school time in donated church vans to vote last week and were given sample ballots listing only Democrat candidates. But the ballots weren't handed out by a school employee. They were handed out, Stepaniak said, by Gwen Robinson, a former CPS principal. "We don't admit any mistakes," Stepaniak said. "We don't believe we violated the law.""
so a former principle (19 years)... Who would clearly know that this was improper, did it. Yeah, the CPS has no problem...
Oh wait. I wonder WHO paid for the ice cream bribe?...
See, in Ohio ACORN was banned from operating in our state from this type of behavior. And Gwen Robinson runs a "acorn" lite group here now... Called CHC Community Action Agency did THEY pay for the ice cream?
http://www.cincy-caa.org/president.asp - http://www.cincy-caa.org/president.asp
she is also on a bunch of boards that get tax dollars.
http://www.cincinnatichildrens.org/svc/alpha/e/every-child/board-members.htm - http://www.cincinnatichildrens.org/svc/alpha/e/every-child/board-members.htm
She is also a huge advocate of "social justice", and the Obama agenda of "change".
2:15 "I helped with voter registration"
5:30 "advocating social justice"
