02-72 o-ring leaks air after about 5-6 shots. i break gun down and the top of o-ring is dislodged from valve.i tryed oiling o-ring and drying it off both end with same result.i also replaced o-ring.

If this is the o-ring that is held in place by the tombstone, make sure the o-ring and washer are installed in the right order.

You sure you got the right oring? Did you buy the A5 oring kit there are a couple in there that are very similar in size, though tippman usually tries to color code them, or did you a premium oring like Viton from a online merchant?

The replacement kits usually have cheaper orings, Viton is more expensive but its outstanding in high pressure environments. I use http://www.rubberstore.com/catalog/fluorocarbon-orings-c-33_42.html - these dudes , and share my extras with my local team.

Also you want to make sure you didn't damage the groove in which the oring sites when you replaced it. Sometimes if you pull it off with a pick you can damage it.
