Got an e-mail from NY, the buyer of house finally hase a bank commitment, so maybe close next week. Original contract signed Sept 24, took all this time for NY and NY Banks to get their poop in a group.
Buyers have been frantically working to make this happen faster, but bank is just SLOW in response to anything. We should close on the new Nebraska farm house sometime in January. 8 acres, main house, garage 'man cave', barn #1, barn #2, goat building, chicken building, and many concrete platforms. No farm animals will be raised, buildings are cleaned out, so will be modified for some form of hobby or small woodworking bussiness. The 'mancave' has a full garage, 10X12 'hobby room', heat and a/c, full sink, shower and 'facilities'. Hobby room has shelving along two walls just right height nd width for my N-guage model railroad. The large field area is going to be a full motocross practice track and gun range. Only drawbacks are, no cable internet available, so online computer gaming is over, no 4G or other options avail. And a three mile dirt road to house so Harley will get dirty often, and if it rains momma will have to bring truck and trailer to get me and the Harley from 77Hwy. Road is slippery clay surface, went there in 4X4 pickup just other day was like driving on snot. I also have ordered 2 250cc Chinese clone dirt bikes for friends to ride, $1300 a piece, looking at 2 ATV's for the less balanced crew. 
Rode this at dealer, good power, good control, appears well built, even in cold gave it a work out and it is not a KTM, but has potential. Engine is a honda clone so parts interchangeable, for a cheap freind bang around bike, a good deal. -------------

Sounds like a fun place. I couldnt do all of the moving and I would hate the isolation, but fun nonetheless -------------
