For some reason I thought I had it before, but tonight decided to buy Bison steaks instead of regular beef. While they were pretty small and expensive, I will say that. They. Were.... Awesome. Considerably more flavor than regular beef. I truly may never go back to beef. Next on the agenda I think is buying some ground Bison and seeing what kind of burger it makes. That is all.

Bison burgers are amazing! If you've ever been to Ruby Tuesdays they have them there with a whole wheat hamburger bun and bacon.... /drool |
