Nice, congrats. 3 storey? That's a lot of space, well done. I can barely afford a 2 bedroom with 3 people haha.

Yeah, Ill post some pic's up when everything is settled and what not. I have lots to be excited for about this place. It is in a new-ish subdivison about (3 years old) and right across the street is a Indoor Soccer arena that has outdoor Hockey rinks which I will be taking full advantage of as you can literally just hop on the rink with out being hasseled and have a nice pick-up game. Not to mention the little time I have already spent in the area I have seen tons of good lookin wimminz and have already made plans to walk my friends little rat dog thingy in hopes to score some tail from said wimminz.
The rent is nice and affordable at $500.00 a month split 3 ways (Houses are cheap out this way but jobs are hard to come by)
All in all Im stoked even though it will be a little hard leaving home with a mother that works all day and a Dad who suffers from MS, but Im literally just a 20 min walk from my old place.

Keep in mind that is what each of us will be paying. Minus the bills the cost of living there is a little bit north of $1100.00 a month.

that's still pretty cheap for an entire house. around here it's $1200 minimum for a 3 bedroom ranch. Me, i have a 2 bed 2 bath with the lady and another friend for $955 total. A bit expensive, but we have a garage and another parking spot outside, access to a work out room and an outdoor pool.

They made a movie about such a house with such low costs.
It stars Tom Hanks.

"$500 a month split three ways" was an odd choice of words, but either way, that's ludicrously cheaper than here (by something like a factor of five.) Looking at three bedrooms for $1500-2000. Granted I live in a major city.

Our two-bedroom is $590 total, meaning I pay $280 per-month for rent.
However, I also live in the boonies, as southeastern Ohio is nothing but boonies.

Yeah, I know it's entirely because of where I live, and it makes it worth it, but goddamn. No wonder we're the most expensive place to live in the world.

I paid 1200 up front for the full 10month lease and about 86/month for electric/water/cable/broadband.

I would hate being the third wheel, living with a couple. It will be really fun when they break up.

I lived with a couple too, actually the most pleasant roommates I've ever had. The only reason I don't live with them anymore is because they had a kid and wanted their own place. Congrats on the new place, I just moved out from said couples' place and got my own as well. Fun times.

I've lived with a couple.
It was fine except for the fact that the guy was in culinary school so the kitchen was always a disaster.

Living with my brother, my current roommate, and roommate's girlfriend next year. Since I already pretty much live with the two of them, this means moving up to my own room.
It definitely depends on the couple. I wouldn't room with most college couples.

You should have flipped out like Ramsey about his dirty workspace and how important cleanliness is, then call him a donkey.
