Pretty funny... Except, I always take mine apart and do the same thing... Hot water is the fastest way to clean out all that old paint. Just make sure you dry it and put new oil in it before you put it all back together.

lol When I was in the Marine Corps i used to clean all my Machine Guns by squirting in Shaving Cream in the chamber. letting it sit for ten minutes then putting the Machine Gun in the Shawer running under hot water. It passed every inspection. -------------
