Hi,
Strip the marker, and remove the velocity adjuster, yep all the way out, remove the regulator piston assembly.
On the back is is a screw, take your allen wrench and see if its loose, if so disassemble it and inspect the o-ring.
This should be lock tighted, to get this back to factory set, screw it all the way in then back it off 1full turn.
Hope this helps?

 DAZ
