| I was wondering if it was ok for my marker. If I should or should not run nitrogen thougth the marker? what would i have to do if i wanted to change air supply from co2 to another from of air. |

First off, no one uses nitrogen anymore so I will assume you mean compressed air. Secondly, we can't answer the question without knowing what type of marker you are using because certain electropneumatic markers should not be run on CO2. Edited addition: If a marker can use either CO2 or compressed air switching between them is usually as simple as switching tanks and rechronoing the marker. -------------

It's actually just air, not nitrogen. And to run HPA (high pressure air) you don't need to do anything to your marker. Just screw in the tank and have at it, just like you did with the CO2 tank. -------------

Nope. Just make sure you buy a HPA tank and not a LPA (low pressure air) tank. -------------

Nitrogen i wouldnt use because its 2x more then co2 price wise. Co2 is good for spring - fall paintball, pretty cheap too (6.50 - 9.99) per 20oz is the price range iv found. HPA is better for winter or colder days, to run HPA you need a HPA tank (round bottom). HPA tanks can cost a bit more but may be worth it in the long run. Some people get a group of friends to pitch in on a used scuba tank, then take it to a place that has an air compresser that can reach 3000 psi. ( should only cost around $7 to fill a scuba tank) ones scuba tank can fill quite a few HPA tanks. |

HPA is a winter or cold days, better run, you need a HPA HPA tank (round bottom). HPA tanks can spend a little more, but it might be worth in the long run. Some will, and a group of friends on the court to use the diving pool, then take it to a place where there is an air compresser, can reach 3,000 pounds.
