My tippman a5 is having feeder issues I have brought it in for repair twice and the people just cant seem to fix it. My gun shoots 1-4 balls then i have to manually spin the cyclone feed then it will shoot another 1-4 balls then only air shoots.

Sounds as if you are either running low on air/CO2 or there is not enough pressure. You need about 800-850 psi to operate the cyclone.  I am running HPA and when the tank gets below 900, I have the same issue, shoots a couple of shots and the cyclone does not feed/turn to feed the next couple of shots.

When i shot it my air tank had just been filled. And the cyclone feed spins when there is not any paintballs in it.

Remove the cyclone from the marker, take the Cyclone apart and inspect the feeder axle and ratchet for wear, replace if in doubt.  Did you install any after market upgrades or disassembled/re-assembled the cyclone for any reason?
