Well, here's my thing: I do evening shift, and it's jacking with my sleep schedule. I sleep from 6 a.m. to about 2 p.m, and go to work at 3:30. It's my desired 8 hours, but I have NO time during the day. I WANT to go to bed at around 2 (I get off at 1 a.m.) and wake up at 10 a.m. It's HARD getting to bed by 2 though. :(

Your best bet IMO is to start waking up earlier. Set your alarm for 12 or 1 and slowly "ween" yourself into sleeping 2-10 or whatever.

I get off work at around 2am and garbage trucks or the neighbors banging on something usually get me out of bed by 10. -------------
