| I recently purchased a new x7 phenom mechanical (about 2 weeks ago), and i also purchased a flatline barrel with it. I tested it out up at a local field. Well, the problems were as follows: I chopped a lot of paint, and the shots that didn't chop curved like crazy. The field I play at has high quality paint (I assume..), and i did fit it properly. The thing I didn't do was adjust the velocity when i put it on. Could that have been the culprit? Also, it was about 20 degrees that day (F). Could that have contributed to the problem as well? |

Cold temps make for brittle paint. Thats one problem. Speed is another. The flatline works best at 280fps. ------------- http://www.anomationanodizing.com - My Site
