Really enjoyed season 1, excited for tonight's premiere. Haven't read the books, was going to read them this term, but I signed up for a really intense reading load...

Love the whole series. Afraid GRRM is going to kick the bucket before he finishes the damned series though. Just like Robert Jordan did with Wheel of Time.

SPOILER ALERT
Tallen,' interesting you say that. He actually told the creators of the show the ending, so that if that happens at least the show isn't boned. Just got off work a few hours ago, thank you HBO Go for already having the episode up. Seemed like a lot of stuff crammed into one hour and it didn't have an Arya scene(the 5 second shot of her and Gendry doesn't count) but it was good. The scenes of the gold cloaks killing off King Robert's bastards kind of shocked me. I can't wait until next year when we get to Joffrey's wedding....

Still reading F&I, enjoyed the first season, didnt realize the second started on Sunday. Might have to take a break today and see if its available On Demand yet.
Have to admit though that I really iike the actor that plays Eddard Stark, and sorry that he won't be in the rest of the series.

I don't think I've ever read a series of books where the crap so fantastically hit the fan time after time again.

Every time you ask when the next book is coming, GRRM kills a Stark.

And the last time we heard anything about Rickon was.....
I'm thinking Bran and the swamp kids aren't going to make it out of the north alive, and Sansa is about as usefull as tits on a bull when it comes to keeping herself alive. Arya is the only one I have any faith in.

I just don't know how he's going to tie it all together at this point. Just hope he gets them finished.

I can't wait until Arya finishes her training with the Faceless Men. Her and Tyrion are my favorite characters and I don't see her getting killed off after everything. Seriously, in A Storm of Swords when the Hound hit her with the axe at the Red Wedding I was going to quit reading it. Only after I scanned every chapter and saw he just knocked her out to keep her from getting herself killed did I keep reading. At first I was iffy about her going to Braavos until I realized she was joining The Faceless Men, now I can't wait to see her become one of the most elite assassins in the world.
What do you guys think Jon Snows outcome will be? I don't think he will die, but I'll be pissed if they kill Ghost, he's a badass direwolf. I think he was trying to do the right thing, with the threat of The Others, he needs the wildlings help, and the Night's Watch was created for the sole purpose of battling the Others, not wildling raiders.
oldpbnewb, I find it hard not to picture him as 006, haha but yeah me too.

I don't think so because the children of the forest say he died many years ago, and Benjen disappeared just 3 years ago.
Edit: I may actually be mixed up about who he was talking about because I thought of Stark as well. I do think that the Three Eyed Crow(the last green seer) is Brynden Rivers, aka Bloodraven. If you don't remember who Bloodraven is, check the Ice and Fire wiki. He makes the most sense so far.
SPOILER FOR SHOW
What the hell are they doing with Dany's bloodriders? First they make Jhogo into Rakharo for the series, which didn't bother me too much, but now they kill him... Huh?

Seeing as how he was around when Aegon the Unlikely was just a kid, it makes perfect sense. Maester Aemon was Aegon V's older brother who refused the throne in favor of pursuing his arts as Maester and serving the Night's Watch. So the age factor seems about right for it to be Blood Raven. Add in the fact that he was sent to the wall as an honor guard for Aemon by Aegon V and rose to the position of Lord Commander, and it looks even more fitting.
Brynden Rivers is actually one of my favorite secondary characters from the series. You just can't kill the sucker.
Also, any thoughts on what'll happen if Daenarys and Aegon VI wind up anywhere near each other?

Bump for last nights episode. Jaqen is friggin awesome! He is just how I pictured him. What'd you d00dz think?
Edit: tallen(btw whenever I type your name my iPad changes it to fallen, lol) I've been wondering if Aegon is really Aegon, since Quaithe told Dany to watch out for the lion, gryphon, etc and also the "mummers dragon".

I'm intending to fly to Dublin this coming summer / fall to audition for Season 3... Though, I have to say, it's a little sad how they have to hack apart the stories to adapt them to film.
