Subject: Tippmann A5 Egrip Selector Problem

Hello all,

I have a Tippmann A5 with HE Egrip.
I was in the middle of a game yesterday, when all the sudden it stopped shoooting.

It never gave any problems before and I haven't been able to figure it out the problem yet.

When I press the trigger it blinks orange and doesn't activate the selenoide.

I´ve disassembled the marker ( to check if everything was in place , like connections, magnet, etc. )
Replaced batteries ( just in case )
Reset the board ( about 30 times )

And nothing seems to change anything,
Does this mean my board is dead and I have to buy a new one?

If anyone can explain me what´s wrong I´d be appreciated.
Sorry for the long post.
Thanks in advance

Do you get a clicking noise from the marker when you pull the trigger?

Hi Ceesman762

No, that´s what I meant by not activating the selenoide.

I would call or email Tippmann customer service.  It could be the armature.

Does any body knows any other solution besides acquiring a new board ?
