JUST PURCHASED A USED A5 THAT WAS SUPPOSIDLY WORKING PROPERLY. WHEN I SHOOT THE GUN IT WILL SHOOT ONE BALL THEN **edited**INUE TO SHOOT CO2 IN BURSTS AS IF IT WAS STILL SHOOTING BALLS FULLY AUTOMATICALLY AS LONG AS THE TRIGGER IS HELD. EACH TIME THE TRIGGER IS PULLED  THE SAME THING HAPPENS. I JUST TOOK IT APART TO OIL ALL TH E ORINGS AND THEY SEEMED A LITTLE HARD AND DRY. ONCE OILED THE SAME THING HAPPENED SO I PURCHASED A REBUILD KIT BUT HAVENT REVIEVED IT YET.  IF THE REBUILD DOESNT CORRECT THIS ANY IDEAS WHATS WRONG? THANKS IN ADVANCE!

You may have something that has not been properly re-assembled. Follow the guide for field stripping your A5 and make sure everything is in it's proper place.

When you disassemble the gun next time, take a look at the back of the trigger. There should be a metal thingie with a spring inside of it. Push on it and make sure it moves freely. If it doesn't and the rebuild kit doesn't come with a new spring, you can take the spring out of a clicky pen and clip it down to fit.

Then take a look at the sear, the only other moving part in the trigger assembly. Make sure that it hinges properly. Also, since the hole cut in it for the pin is oval shaped, it should be able to slid forward and back just a little bit. Make sure everything is moving properly. When you have the gun take apart, and the trigger assembly taken apart, pull the trigger as if you were firing the gun. The sear should not move, if it does, you have found the source of the problem.

Report back to us if you have any other questions.
