Here is were we are at.
No need to cover. This is a problem.
I am reposting a bit here, the old regulars should call me on the cell phone. I'll explain more.
I am one of the last persons who could identify one of the men we are searching for, these are home grown.
What I needed and still do, was an MP3 voice file from the US government (department?). I have no way to really achieve this on my own. I have tried. We need to get everyone together and hopefully one of us will be able to get some movement on this.
We must identify one of the men I am searching for. ASAP. Now can we make that work Tippmann Peeps. With that said, there is a way we can start some of the work privately. What we need to do is go through various audio files that are publicly available and compile that into one large voice file, I only need one small segment of voice. There is a reason I haven’t done this work already, ok nuff done. I never thought I would ever post this here. never the less.

The letter that was sent to one of the established, discreet p.o boxes was coded in a binary matrix format and was difficult to decode but I think we're on to something.
