Left side of the marker, just in front of the US Army emblem. Remember, keep it under 300FPS, anything over can break fingers or rupture ears.

Alright, first off, you need to be using a chronograph to determine exactly what your muzzle velocity is. Just sticking an Allen wrench in there and cranking it up isn't going to do you any good. So, chronograph first, THEN you can start fiddling with the velocity.

Once you're at a chrono, simply put the proper sized Allen wrench into the hole and adjust the screw left or right until the proper velocity is achieved. Again, I can't stress enough how important it is to keep your marker UNDER 300FPS. Most fields require a max of 280-290 to account for variations in velocity due to temperature changes, liquid CO2 entering the valve, etc. You should follow that example even if not playing on a pay-to-play field.

The proper sized Allen wrench came with your marker. If you are missing it or have misplaced it, you'll have to figure out which one fits by trial and error.

Ok, cool. I just get nervous when people use the phrase "crank up the velocity." It tends to signal that someone is wanting to go above 300fps. But yeah, if you're down below 280/290, you definitely need to get back up in that range or you'll be a sitting duck out there.
