10th Annual OES JSOC forces will battle it out against the Contras over possession of the US satellite communications base and the region the Contras control. Contras rebels, under the command of General Moshure, have commandeered this " rel="nofollow - unmanned clandestine satellite communications relay station atop a remote mountaintop in South American from which they are now staging attacks on federal bases in the region.
